1. Participants who fulfilling the ICD-10 criteria for Somatization disorder
2. Married and both gender
3. Aged 21-50 years.
4. Those who are high school passed and receiving treatment from LGBRIMH with 2 years of illness and are willing to give written consent.
1. Participants should not be diagnosed with any severe mental disorder, co-morbid psychiatric illness (Epilepsy, Intellectual disability, Organic disorder).
2. Those who reported having other major physical medical conditions and surgery, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and that reported domestic violence, alcohol, and drug use excluding tobacco. 3. Those that will be assessed clinically with suicidal ideation at the time involved in the study will be excluded.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Affective Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (ACBT) in treating persons with Somatization disorder will help to increase patients vocational, social, and self-care activities and improve their mood and physical robustness.Timepoint: The primary outcome measure will be assessed after 1 month and 3 months post intervention.
