Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Radiological implant survival

Patients are invited to a follow-up appointment as part of the study. Previously, patients had to undergo follow-up examinations (3 months, 6 months, 1 year postoperatively) according to the orthopedic routine after complex knee surgery. The short clinical-radiological follow-up periods within the first years result from the evaluation of the osteointegration of cementless implants in order to be able to determine early loosening.
On the day of the follow-up, a routine x-ray check is made in two levels to check the current prosthesis position and bone integrity.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Description of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction

Patients are invited to a follow-up appointment as part of the study. In this follow-up examination there is also a clinical examination with determination of the range of motion, control of the peripheral blood circulation, motor skills and sensitivity and the examination of the band stability. Furthermore, the clinical outcome at the time of the follow-up examination is analyzed on the basis of established scores (WOMAC, knee society score, VAS regarding pain, UCLA score for sports activity).
