- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Hypothesis: Students in the intervention group will have a higher score on the CD-RISC resilience scale after participating (t1) in the workshop than before the workshop (t0) and than students in the control group at t1. The target criterion is the resilience component (assessed with the Connor & Davidson Resilience Scale CD-RISC, 10-item version by Sarubin and colleagues (Sarubin et al., 2015)).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Additional hypothesis: Subjective stress levels of students in 2021 are higher compared to 2012. Prior to the workshop, THU students will be surveyed (N = 310). For this, the target criterion is students' stress burden (collected using the Effort-Reward Inventory for School Settings (ERI-SS, (Li et al., 2010)).

Other secondary endpoints include:
Depressiveness & Anxiety (PHQ-4),
Health-related questions (adapted from health literacy by Messer et al., 2016),
Student satisfaction (adapted from Eissler et al., 2020),
Student Irritation Scale (Hiemisch et al., 2018),
Impact of the Corona Pandemic,
Acceptance of e-learning,
Stress from exams,
Experience with mindfulness practices
