Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patient aged 18 years or older who admitted to Seoul National University Bundang Hospital during the study period and had at least one measurement of serum creatinine.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) end stage renal disease with maintenance dialysis
- •2\) admission to devision of nephrology
- •3\) second admission
