No use of topical or systemic corticosteroid or oral antihistamins or immunosuppressive agents
Consent to project
Rule out diseases that cause blood in stool

Primary Outcome Measures

The sensitivity of the skin after contact with the Patch test. Timepoint: One hour after picking the Patch and 48 hours after picking the Patch. Method of measurement: Grade classification is based on the sensitivity of the skin after contact with the Patch test as:Grade 0:no Erythema-no urticaria Grade 1: Brief erythema or brief urticaria Grade 2: Erythema with papula and urticaria Grade 3: Erythema with vesicule and urticaria Grade 4: ulcer.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Improve steaks of blood in the stool. Timepoint: After removing most common food allergens from the diet of mother. Method of measurement: By phone or by frequent visits.
