1. 18-60 years age Group
2. Patients of either of sex.
3. Patients of Post-covid Dyspnoea (Under Grade 1,2,3)
MMRCDS (Modified Medical Research Council Dyspnoea Scale)
Grade 1Breathlessness only with strenuous exercise
Grade 2Breathlessness when hurrying on the level or walking up a slight stair.
Grade 3Breathlessness after walking about 100 yards (91.44 meter)
•Person with problems related to spine.
•Pregnant women and lactating women.
•Person with any soft tissue injury.
•Patient with severe lung disease such as COPD, Bronchial Asthma.
•Patients with any systemic disease such as Hypertension.
•Patient with severe heart disease (CHD, Myocardial infarction, Cardiac failure.)
