入选标准
- •non-specific chronic low back pain defined as pain or discomfort between the costal margins and inferior gluteal folds with or without pain referred to the lower limbs; persistent symptoms for at least 3 months; both sexes; age between 35 to 60 years
排除标准
- •people with severe pathologies of the spine (tumors, inflammatory and infectious diseases), history of previous spine surgery, pregnancy; use of conventional, unconventional or alternative treatments that could potentially have an effect on the study results (physiotherapy and/or intra-articular corticosteroid or hyaluronic acid injections during the last 3 months)
