- •To give birth to a lively, healthy and term baby in a Normal Vaginal Delivery
- •Single baby
- •Ability to work with PowerPoint training software and access WhatsApp and Internet messenger
- •Do not take antidepressants or other specific medications during pregnancy and after childbirth
- •Have the ability to read and write and have at least a primary education degree
排除标准
- •Cases leading to hospitalization, infant death or need for neonatal intensive care
- •Receive care training from other groups
- •History of depression or other specific illnesses
- •Having speech and hearing problems
