1.Participants will be both male and female, diagnosed with spinal cord injury between C7-L5.
2.Participants will have received medical approval from their physicians as being fit to exercise.
3.Participants will be patients who have good upper-limb muscle power of 3 and above, and who are able to use the arm ergometer.
4.Participants will be those who are willing to participate and have signed the informed consent form.
5.Participants will be at least three months’ post-injury
6.Participants will have been managed as physiotherapy out-patients for more than three months.
7.Participants must be aged between 18-65 years.
Participants who do not will to participate and have not signed the informed consent form.
2. Participants less than the age of between 18-65 years.
3. Participants less than 2 months’ post injury.
4. Participants who have not been approved medically fit for upper-limb exercises
5. Participants with less than 3 upper-limb muscle power.
6. Participants not managed at physiotherapy out units.
