Inclusion Criteria
1.Have a diagnosis of PD
2.Age between 50-75 years old
3.Mild to moderate severity (H&Y stage 2, 2.5 and 3) confirm by neurologist
4.Ability to walk and stand unassisted
5.Without cognitive impairment
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with neurological, orthopedic or cardiac comorbidities that make them unfit to do exercise or affect to mobility
2.Change in medication during participation
3.Absent to join the session more than 20%
