- •1\.Have a diagnosis of PD
- •2\.Age between 50\-75 years old
- •3\.Mild to moderate severity (H\&Y stage 2, 2\.5 and 3\) confirm by neurologist
- •4\.Ability to walk and stand unassisted
- •5\.Without cognitive impairment
排除标准
- •1\.Patients with neurological, orthopedic or cardiac comorbidities that make them unfit to do exercise or affect to mobility
- •2\.Change in medication during participation
- •3\.Absent to join the session more than 20%
