Children from 6 months to 5 years of age with history of recurrent wheezing.
1. Children receiving zinc supplementation in past 3 months.
2.Children who are
a.- severely malnourished.
b.- On steroid therapy (last 7 days).
c.- known immunodeficient.
d- severely-ill children requiring hospitalization.
3.Clinical Suspicion of
a.-congenital anomalies (vascular airway compression, primary ciliary dyskinesia)
b.-Foreign body aspiration
c. -Gastro esophageal reflux disease(h/o heart burn)
d.-Tracheobronchomalacia.
