- •1 Patients undergoing elective colonoscopy
- •2 ASA status I - III
排除标准
- •1 BMI > 35 kg/m2
- •2 Colostomy patients
- •3 Patients on epilepsy drug or benzodiazepines
- •4 Patients who have liver cirrhosis or end-stage kidney disease
- •5 Allergy to propofol, fentanyl, or benzodiazepine
- •6 Anticipated difficult airway
