- •1.Unilateral uncomplicated Inguinal Hernia
- •Inclusion Criteria for Laparoscopic Hellerâ??s Cardiomyotomy :
- •1.Patients of achalasia cardia consenting for Laparoscopic Hellerâ??s cardiomyotomy with antireflux procedure.

- •Exclusion Criteria for Laparoscopic cholecystectomy:
- •1.Acute Cholecystitis
- •2.Cholelithiasis Post ERCP
- •3.Resolved Biliary Pancreatitis
- •4.BMI > 30kg/m2
- •5.Requiring concomitant procedures
- •Exclusion Criteria for Laparoscopic TAPP Repair:
- •1.Irreducible/obstructed/ strangulated hernia
- •2.Scrotal Hernia
- •3.Recurrent Hernia
- •4.BMI > 30kg/m2
- •Exclusion Criteria for Laparoscopic Hellerâ??s Cardiomyotomy:
- •1.Prior esophageal/gastric surgeries
- •2.Sigmoid esophagus
