1. Cases that meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine, clinical diagnosis and TCM dampness syndrome diagnosis;
2. Patients who meet the criteria of ulcerative colitis in mild and moderate active stage;
3. Patients who sign informed consent and have good compliance can be followed up;
4. Outpatients or inpatients aged between 18 and 70 years;
5. Patients who do not use drugs or other treatments that affect the efficacy evaluation during the treatment.
1. Chronic schistosomiasis, bacillary dysentery, intestinal tuberculosis and other infectious colitis and colon Crohn's disease, radiation enteritis and ischemic enteritis;
2. Lactation, pregnant women and patients who are intolerant to the drug;
3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychosis;
4. Patients with serious complications such as local stenosis, toxic megacolon, intestinal obstruction, colon cancer, rectal cancer, intestinal perforation and anal disease;
5. Disabled patients (dumb, deaf, blind, mental disorder, physical disability, mental disorder) as prescribed by law.
