Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pregnant patients
  • •2\. BMI more than 30kg/m2
  • •3\. Absolute and relative contraindications for spinal anaesthesia
  • •4\. Baseline arterial SBP \<90mmhg OR MAP \<65mmhg
