Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients who have been newly diagnosed with breast cancer (within the previous month), already diagnose by consultant with histopathological examination report.
2.Patients aged 18 years and older;
3.Patients who are able to read English or Hindi.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Have a history of pre-existing psychiatric illness;
2.Currently receive any psychotherapy or counselling;
3.Are physically unfit for this study’s interventions (ECOG greater than 2).
