Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients who have been newly diagnosed with breast cancer (within the previous month), already diagnose by consultant with histopathological examination report.
- •2\.Patients aged 18 years and older;
- •3\.Patients who are able to read English or Hindi.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Have a history of pre\-existing psychiatric illness;
- •2\.Currently receive any psychotherapy or counselling;
- •3\.Are physically unfit for this study’s interventions (ECOG greater than 2\).
