Inclusion Criteria
All the residents within the Intervention Zones shall be included in the study with prior informed written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria shall be (a) non consenting families; (b) hospitalized patients; (c) severely ill persons; (d) age more than 80 years; (e) women who reported pregnancy any time in the study period; and, (f) jaundiced patient.

Name Time Method 1.Dietary diversification through promotion, easy availability and continuum of enriched and diversified cost effective food resources; <br/ ><br>2.Point of production, supply chain, distribution and use marked Integrated food fortification; <br/ ><br>3.Food supplementation through nutrition sensitive agriculture promotion based targeted intervention program; <br/ ><br>4.Prevalence and Risk Reduction of Anaemia and malnutrition especially among children, women in reproductive age and lactating women. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At the end of project duration of 3 years.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Community strengthening through capacity building for enriched nutrition and importance of filled iron stores; <br/ ><br>2. Referral and treatment support for cases of severe anaemia; <br/ ><br>3. Peer visit and project activity based correction of anaemia in household especially for mild and moderate anaemia. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At the end of project duration of 3 years.
