1. Patients who are willing to participate in the study
2.Patients who need bilateral posterior tooth extraction.
3.Male and female patients of age 18-55 years
4.Individuals under ASA I and II.
1.Reported allergy or hypersensitivity to, NSAIDs or any other drugs.
2.Pregnant or lactating ladies.
3.History of systemic diseases like bronchial asthma, active peptic ulcer, epilepsy
4.Trans alveolar extractions
•Infected tooth with periapical lesions
•Subjects undergoing treatment with other NSAIDs or other analgesics during the trial period.
