Inclusion Criteria
1.All pediatric patients in the age of 3 to 9year with nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
2.All pediatric patients with NLDO who are unresponsive to conservative treatment.
3.Children with congenital NLDO who were not treated previously with DCR.
Exclusion Criteria
1.All patients above the age of 9year.
2.All patients below 3yr of age.
3.Pediatric patients with common canalicular blockage.
4.Patients with previous trauma of lacrimal system

Name Time Method To study the outcomes measures of surgery : <br/ ><br>-resolution of epiphora symptoms (tearing) <br/ ><br>-resolution of further attacks of dacryocystitis. <br/ ><br>â??patency of dacryocystorhinostomy ostium at the end of postoperative first <br/ ><br>year.Timepoint: 1 week, 1 month, 3 month
