1. Patients with ankylosing spondylitis having sacroiliac joint pain.
2. Patients with osteoarthritis having sacroiliac joint pain.
3. Patients with psoariatic arthritis having sacroiliac joint pain.
4. Patients with trauma having sacroioliac joint pain.
1. Pre-existing local infection at the site of sacroiliac joint block.
2. Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders.
3. Contraindication to steroids.
4. Patients having sensory or motor problem in lower limb.
5. Patients who failed to understand visual analogue scale (VAS) scoring system.
6. Pregnant and lactating women.
7.Patient with current history of psychiatric illness, communication difficulties.
