- •Runners must have one year running experience; have a weekly volume of 20 km; have long distance running experience; have a running pattern of rearfoot and a history of injury to the knees and / or feet.
排除标准
- •Presence of traumas or fractures of the lower limbs in the last 6 months, have limb length difference of at most 1 cm and have no other musculoskeletal disorders, such as: neuropathies, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis and spurs. Possessing prostheses and orthoses in lower limbs.
