Inclusion Criteria
Sepsis group inclusion criteria:<br>1. Patients with clinically confirmed Sepsis (Sepsis 3.0 criteria, jointly published by the American Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) and the European Society of Critical Care Medicine (ESICM))<br>2. Between the ages of 18 and 70, regardless of gender<br>Inclusion criteria of healthy control group:<br>1. No chronic or infectious diseases, and in good health.<br>2. Between the ages of 18 and 70, regardless of gender.
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients receiving known immunomodulatory drugs (thymosin, transfer factor, pidotimod, gamma globulin, etc.);<br>2. Patients with immune dysfunction, HIV infection, or patients who have been treated with radiation, hormones (systemic), chemotherapy, growth factors and immunosuppressive drugs within 1 month;<br>3. Subjects who are considered by the researcher to have a serious disease (such as malignant tumor, etc.) that may affect the study;<br>4. Patients with contraindications to anticoagulant drugs;<br>5. Absolute IgA deficiency;<br>6. Pregnant women or other researchers assessed that they were not suitable to participate in the study;<br>7. Patients hospitalized for sepsis within 3 months prior to enrollment.
