Inclusion Criteria

1. Age 18-70 years old
2. Diagnosed with frozen shoulder by clinical diagnosis criteria
3. Physician considered managing by performing shoulder hydrodilatation
4. Consent to additional data collection

Exclusion Criteria

1. DIseases or conditions affected the outcome assessment; history of septic arthritis, trauma at the shoulder area, fracture, history of shoulder surgery, shoulder subluxation or dislocation, rheumatologic disease, OA shoulder, hemiplegic frozen shoulder
2. Recent shoulder hydrodilatation in the past 3 months

Withdrawal criteria
1. Received physiotherapy during the study period
2. Received other shoulder intervention during the study period
