Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age 30 years and above
  • •2\. Having an established documented chronic NCD and taking treatment
  • •3\. Living in the study area for at least six months
  • •4\. Either owning a mobile phone themselves or having at least one member of their
  • •family living in the same household owning a mobile phone.
  • •5\. Having at least one member of their family living in the same household being able to
  • •read Hindi or English
  • •6\. Consenting to participate in the study
