Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age 30 years and above
- •2\. Having an established documented chronic NCD and taking treatment
- •3\. Living in the study area for at least six months
- •4\. Either owning a mobile phone themselves or having at least one member of their
- •family living in the same household owning a mobile phone.
- •5\. Having at least one member of their family living in the same household being able to
- •read Hindi or English
- •6\. Consenting to participate in the study
