Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects with T2DM diagnosed by clinician
- •Sedentary life style (Not involved in active sports , gym, yoga, before 6 months from study)
- •Age group 35\-55(both male and female )
- •HbA1c level above 6\.5
- •Ready to adherent to diet chart
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any other neurological disorder
- •Recent musculoskeletal injury
- •Involved in active sports
- •Current insulin therapy
- •Changes during the previous three months in:
- •Oral hypoglycemic medication
- •Anti hypertensive medication
- •Lipid lowering medication
