Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects with T2DM diagnosed by clinician
  • •Sedentary life style (Not involved in active sports , gym, yoga, before 6 months from study)
  • •Age group 35-55(both male and female )
  • •HbA1c level above 6.5
  • •Ready to adherent to diet chart

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Any other neurological disorder
  • •Recent musculoskeletal injury
  • •Involved in active sports
  • •Current insulin therapy
  • •Changes during the previous three months in:
  • •Oral hypoglycemic medication
  • •Anti hypertensive medication
  • •Lipid lowering medication
