- •A)Having fibroid size upto 5cms (confirmed by U.S.G.)
- •B)Single or multiple uterine fibroid.
- •C)Female patients of Age 20-50 years
排除标准
- •1.Patients having bleeding due to abortion.
- •2.Patients having coagulation disorders.
- •3.Fibroid size > 5cm.
- •4.Any type of malignancy.
- •5.Pregnant woman.
- •6.Patients having any systemic disease.
- •7.Patients using IUCDs.
- •8.Patient having haemoglobin percentage less than 7gm/dl
