Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with cardiovascular diseases
- •2\. Risk of aspiration pneumonitis e.g, pregnant patients, history of gastro\-oesophageal reflux
- •3\. Obesity (Body Mass Index \> 30kg/metre square
