研究概览
简要总结
It is a randomized control trial with a duration of 6 weeks and involving 62 patients that will be divided into 2 groups based on lottery method . Its intervention involves dry cupping with exercises on first group and exercise on other group .The patients will be informed about the study and written consent will be taken . First patient data collected from baseline then after three weeks and post intervention will be taken after 6 weeks . Data involves CVA, Cervical ROM ,VAS , NDI, and Physical and mental health status. These data will be collected at baseline ,after 3 weeks and after 6 weeks . CVA angle will be measured before and after the treatment protocol.

- •Patients of neck pain with forward head posture.
排除标准
- •Orthopedic conditions like fracture ,acute neck injury etc.
- •Already had participated in regular exercise program.
- •Uncooperated subject.
- •Neurological problems like peripheral neuropathy,stroke etc.
- •Being older than 30.
结局指标
主要结局
1.CVA
时间窗: The outcome will be measured for three times which is | 1.At baseline | 2 After three weeks and | 3.After six weeks.
2.VAS

2.NDI

4.Cervical ROM
