1. ED with IIEF-15 Score less than 24.
2. ED of broad-spectrum etiology.
3. Patients should be in a stable relationship at least for the past 3 months and sexually active by one of the following: Intercourse/Caressing/Foreplay/Masturbation.
1. ED with IIEF-15 Score greater than or equal to 24.
2. Patients with an active urinary tract infection (UTI) or Prostatitis.
3. Patients who had a previous prostate surgery / who had a prostate biopsy.
4. ED with known concomitant Pathological status such as cardiovascular diseases / cerebrovascular / Severe Renal or Hepatic Insufficiency / Hypogonadism / Genital anomaly / Obesity.
5. ED with addiction of Chronic Alcoholism / Drug abuse / history of medications like PDE5-i and PGE1.
