Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \> 18â??50 years
- •Cough symptoms for 24 hours or less
- •Willing to give written consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age \< 18 years
- •Pregnancy or lactation
- •Symptoms of the cough for more than 24 hours
- •Known immune deficiency
- •Lung disease (include asthma or COPD)
- •Cardiac disease
- •Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or diarrhoea
- •Illiterate and has difficulties in filling in the diary
- •History of Diabetes Mellitus
- •Current smoker, Smoking history \>10 pack per year
