Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
in parallel with trauma-focused treatment with EMDR with integration of traumatic memory and regulation of emotional stress, is the autoimmune activity of Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroiditis comorbidity reduced? The substitution dose (thyroid hormone substitution with medication) serves as the measurement parameter. This parameter is checked before the start of trauma-centered psychotherapy with EMDR, during, at the end of, and three months after the end of therapy using the medication schedule.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
correlates autoimmune activity measured by substitution dose at the conclusion of trauma-centered psychotherapy with parameters for traumatic stress measured by the IES-R (Impact of Event Scale-Revised).
