Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Psoriasis vulgaris patients with less than 10% of body surface area involvement attending dermatology OPD at Eras Lucknow Medical College and Hospital

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients of psoriasis on topical, systemic, intralesional therapy or phototherapy for atleast 6 months prior to study
  • 2\. Patients having hypersensitivity to methotrexate or calcipotriol
  • 3\. Pregnant and lactating females
