Inclusion Criteria
1)Undergoing elective surgery
2)Age between 18 - 65 years old
3)American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification (ASA Class 1 and 2)
Exclusion Criteria
) BMI <30 kg / m2
2) BMI >40 kg / m2
3) respiratory disorders such as COPD, Asthma, URI, chronic cough etc.
4) have abnormalities or diseases of the cervical spondylosis
5) Pregnancy
6) have a history of allergic reaction to anesthetics
