Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Only those participants who are using android/ iphone
  • •2\.Able to read and understand English or Gujarati

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Illiterate
  • •2\.Those who will not be able to use smart phones and apps
  • •3\.TKR or any orthopedic surgery to knee or lower limb
  • •4\.Any other pathology which impact knee joint function and / or endurance of person
  • •5\.Any knee injury or injury to lower limb within 6 months
  • •6\.Dementia
