Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Only those participants who are using android/ iphone
- •2\.Able to read and understand English or Gujarati
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Illiterate
- •2\.Those who will not be able to use smart phones and apps
- •3\.TKR or any orthopedic surgery to knee or lower limb
- •4\.Any other pathology which impact knee joint function and / or endurance of person
- •5\.Any knee injury or injury to lower limb within 6 months
- •6\.Dementia
