Patients who planed a breast surgery with a breast cancer between the ages of 20 and 65
Patients with chronic pain, those who are recently receiving opioids, corticosteroids and other pain medications, patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction, impaired liver function and renal function, patients with evidence of infection, patients with bleeding tendency, pregnant women, allergic patients, Intravenous Patient Controlled Analgesia for postoperative pain control, patients and caregivers do not agree with the study
