入选标准
- •1.Patients age from 30yrs to 75yrs
- •2.Male or female with a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus with or without co morbitites
- •3. Patients who are giving consent to participate
排除标准
- •1.Patients have major complications which would interfere with self-care management behaviors (e.g. legally blind, severe stroke, or undertaking kidney dialysis etc.) patients’ health records will be checked for the presence of any major DM complications.
- •2.Patients with cognitive impairment
- •3.Patients who are not able to communicate,
- •4.Patient with any mental or psychiatric illness, patients’ health records will be checked.
