Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients age from 30yrs to 75yrs
- •2\.Male or female with a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus with or without co morbitites
- •3\. Patients who are giving consent to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients have major complications which would interfere with self\-care management behaviors (e.g. legally blind, severe stroke, or undertaking kidney dialysis etc.) patients’ health records will be checked for the presence of any major DM complications.
- •2\.Patients with cognitive impairment
- •3\.Patients who are not able to communicate,
- •4\.Patient with any mental or psychiatric illness, patients’ health records will be checked.
