1.Patients showing classical signs and symptoms of pittaj Mootrakruchchhra.
2.Patients presenting with cardinal symptoms of Pittaj Mootrakruchchhra mentined in Charak Samhita Chikitsasthan as,
1.Sapeeta mootrapravrutti (Yellowish Urination)
2.Sarakt mootrapravrutti (Haematuria)
3.Muhurmuhu mootra pravrutti (Frequent Micturation)
4.Sadaha Mootrapravrutti (Burning Micturation)
5.Sashul Mootrapravrutti (Painful Micturation)
Diagnosed patient of following disease will be excluded,
1.Uncontrolled Diabeties Mellitus and known case of Diabeties Mellitus
2.Tuberculosis
3.Metabolic disorder
4.Renal failure
5.Patient of chronic cystitis
6.Beningn or malignant tumours of bladder
7.Known case of HIV infection
8.Known case of Mutraghat ,Ashmari (Renal , Vesicular, Calculus ) Benign Prostate Hypertrophy Uretral Stricture, Phimosis , Tumours, Trauma to urogenital tract
9.Congenital causes and obstructive pathology
