Inclusion Criteria
ASA PS class I & II
Patients undergoing resection of supratentorial & infratentorial brain tumours
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Pregnant patients
3. Lactating patients
4. Patients with renal, hepatic or cardiac insufficiency, or any endocrinological dysfunction
5. Patients with GCS � 13
6. Patients undergoing second neurosurgical procedure
