Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA PS class I \& II
- •Patients undergoing resection of supratentorial \& infratentorial brain tumours
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal
- •2\. Pregnant patients
- •3\. Lactating patients
- •4\. Patients with renal, hepatic or cardiac insufficiency, or any endocrinological dysfunction
- •5\. Patients with GCS ââ?°Â¤ 13
- •6\. Patients undergoing second neurosurgical procedure
