Inclusion Criteria
Patient, coming to the King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, who is diagnosed as having abnormal uterine bleeding and meet with the following criteria.
1.Age over 30 years
2.Premenopausal status
3.Have an indication for endometrial sampling
4.Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.Hemodynamic unstable patients
2.Pregnancy
3.Pelvic inflammatory disease
