Patients of all malocclusions and dysgnathia with the exception of LKG clefts and syndromes (KIG group A)
all ethnicities
Patients with cleft lip, jaw, palate, leaflets or other dentofacial abnormalities (KIG Group A)
Patients with syndromic diseases (KIG group A)
Patients with existing or previous pathologies (tumours, condylar hyperplasia/hypoplasia, etc.) or trauma/fractures in the cranial area
no availability of a lateral cephalometric X-ray with scale prior to the start of orthodontic therapy
Patients with extractions within the period between 1st and 2nd FRS
Patients with functional appliances, fixed class II/III mechanisms, lingual arches, transpalatal arches with bite blocks, partial arches, intrusion mechanisms in the anterior region, Pendulum/Nance appliances, square arches, hyrax/quadhelix appliances, open coils in the anterior region, Topjet appliances , reverse arches and ASR in the anterior region within the period between 1st and 2nd lateral cephalogram
