入选标准
- •1. American Society Anaesthesiologist (ASA) physical status I-II
- •2. Body mass index below 30 kg/m2,
- •3. Patients undergoing elective nephrectomy.
排除标准
- •1. Body mass index (BMI) > 30, 2. Age < 18 or > 65 years old, 3. The chronic use of analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs, 4. Neuropathy or musculoskeletal disorders of lower limb, 5. Allergy to local anesthetics , or any of the study drugs, 6. Pregnancy or lactation, 7. A contraindication to regional nerve block (bleeding disorder, infection at site of block), 8. Inability to communicate due to severe dementia, language barrier, or end-stage disease, 9. Refusal to participate in the study.
