a)Patients those who fulfil QUID scale criteria for urinary incontinence
b) Female patients
c) Age group 40- 60 years
d) Patients of any religion and socioeconomic status
e) Patients who can read or write either of Bengali, Hindi or English.
f) Patients willing to take part in the study and ready to give written consent for the same.
a)women who have undergone hysterectomy
b)women suffering from urinary tract infection, cystocoele, uterine prolapse
c)Patient not willing to take part in the study
d)Patients with neurological disorders not ready to give written consent for the same
e)Patients who are undergoing other conventional treatment for incontinence of urine
f)Patients with uncontrolled systemic illness
