入选标准
- •Teeth diagnosed with symptomatic Irreversible Pulpitis.
- •Patients aged between 18 to 60 years.
- •Mandibular first and second molars with complete root development, no periodontal problems.
- •Teeth with deep caries detected on periapical radiography.
- •Teeth having vital pulp and responded to the cold test.
排除标准
- •Patients who are medically compromised.
- •Patients who had taken antibiotics in last 1 month
- •Patients who had used nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within
- •the last twelve hours.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Teeth that could not be restored or required a post and core.
- •Teeth that had non vital pulp, did not respond to the cold test.
- •Teeth that had no exposed pulp after nonselective caries removal.
- •Teeth with periodontal pocket larger than 3 mm.
- •Teeth that have been previously accessed.
- •Teeth associated with periapical lesion visible on
- •radiograph.
