入选标准
- •1.Tracheostomized Traumatic brain injury patients in ICU.
- •2.Patients with intact cough reflex.
- •3.Spontaneously breathing patients on T-piece or on room air.
排除标准
- •1.Cervical spine injury.
- •2.HR below 60/min.
- •3.Arterial pressure less than 100/60 mmHg.
- •4.History of allergic reactions to study drugs.
- •5.Refusal to take part in the study
- •6.Patients with COPD /Asthma /Diabetes/ Hypertension.
- •7.Patients on Neuromuscular blockers or any sedative drugs.
- •8. Patient on ventilator.
