入选标准
- •All inborn preterm neonates from 28 to 34+6 weeks of life requiring respiratory support with Silverman Anderson Score > 3.
排除标准
- •ï?· Neonates who are outborn. ï?· Neonates who need intubation for surfactant administration. ï?· Neonates with significant morbidity apart from RDS including cardiac disease, congenital malformations, upper airway anomalies, suspected metabolic disorders, severe cardiovascular instability. ï?· Neonates who had either respiratory distress secondary to severe asphyxia (Apgar score <= 3 at 1 and 5 minute), severe intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) on admission. ï?· Neonates whose parents refuse consent.
