Inclusion Criteria

1. Subjects between the age group of 21-55 years.

2. Subjects fit for Sarvanga Bashpa Swedana.

3. Both male and female subjects, irrespective of caste, religion and socio economic status, who are willing to give written consent for the study.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Subjects below 21 years and above 55 years of age.

2. Subjects who are unfit for Sarvanga Bashpa Swedana.

3. Subjects with BP, systolic more than 140 mmHg and diastolic more than 90 mmHg.

4. Subjects with Pulse rate more than 100/min and less than 50/min.

5. Subjects with systemic diseases which interfere with the course of treatment will be excluded.

6. Subjects with previous history of cardiac illness or congenital cardiac anomalies.

7. Subjects with wounds, swelling or burns.

8. Pregnant and lactating women.

To measure the systolic BP, diastolic BP and pulse rate of the subjects undergoing Sarvanga Bashpa Swedana for 4 days.Timepoint: Pulse rate and blood pressure of the subjects at 4 time points. <br/ ><br>1. Before starting the treatment <br/ ><br>2. After the Abhyanga session 3.Immediately after the Swedana session <br/ ><br>4. 10 min after the completion of Swedana session
