Inclusion Criteria

1) aged 18 to 60 years old, 2) HIV positive; 3) Normal Intelligence Quotient; 4) Lack of acute physical illnesses and 5) No history of taking psychiatric drugs during the 6-month period before test.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Drop out reasons; 2) the absence of participants in more than two training session; 3) the occurrence of any unexpected events during the intervention; 4) Unwillingness to continue the study.
